A Rich History

Founded in 1887, the Glen Drummond Farm has been home to the Dyment Family for six generations. The family welcomes guests for weddings, corporate events, school tours, and family fun weekends. Although agriculture was the primary focus for the family for a long time, historical notes indicate that the farm has always been a mecca for folks to visit.

The first known wedding ceremony on Glen Drummond Farm took place in 1915. Located on one of the highest and most scenic locations along the very edge of the Niagara Escarpment - overlooking Dundas, Hamilton, and beyond - it is a magical place to visit. A Unique Experience

Glen Drummond Farm is more than just a space to hold your wedding – there is much to do! To start, wagon rides are offered to your guests, taking them along the edge of the Niagara Escarpment for breath-taking views. After a delicious farm-fresh dinner featuring local flavors, guests will have also the opportunity to relax in Muskoka chairs in the courtyard or chat in the glow of a bonfire. In the Dance Barn, your DJ plays music so you can sway and dance under the stars.

One especially helpful planning feature is the optional on-site Country House rental. Couples can use it for overnight stays or day use, and when rented for the day it allows access to the property as early as 12:00pm - perfect for getting ready and starting photos before the venue officially opens. If the house isn’t rented, access to the farm itself begins at 3:45pm for a 4:00pm start time, so earlier portraits would need to take place offsite beforehand.

Peak Site

Wagon Wheel Barn

Lastly, there is the option for an indoor ceremony space inside the beautiful, authentic Wagon Wheel Barn. A spectacular spot for sure, but also a great backup to have in case of inclement weather.

Pricing and Packages

As of 2026, weddings at Glen Drummond Farm are priced based on day and guest count. For Saturdays, with a 125 adult guest minimum, pricing starts at $2,200 for the ceremony space, $7,450 for the venue, $143 per person for catering, and $12 per person for bar service. Fridays and Sundays start at $1,950 for the ceremony, $6,650 for the venue, with the same per-person catering and bar fees.
