Spencer’s operates as a fully managed wedding venue rather than just a space rental. Couples receive planning support leading up to the wedding as well as coordination on the day itself.

A booking at Spencer's includes:

Capacity: 130 guests

The Observatory at Spencer's at the Waterfront is an amazing space you don't want to miss. This gorgeous modern-styled room with 30-foot glass walls offers panoramic views of the lake and surrounding park. The room is a fabulous setting for a glamourous wedding ceremony or the dinner and dance celebration of your wedding day.

The Solarium

Capacity: 26 guests

Similar to the observatory, but on a smaller scale, the Solarium offers a picturesque space with expansive views of Lake Ontario. With a seated capacity of 26 guests, this space is the ideal location for more intimate weddings or a Cocktail Reception after the ceremony.

Pricing

As of 2026 pricing is as follows:

• Ceremony fee: $2,500 + HST
• Room rental: complimentary - $5,000 + HST depending on date and other options booked.
• Food & beverage packages: approximately $170 - $255 per person + HST

Packages typically include hors d’oeuvres, premium open bar, three-course dinner, late night food, coordinators, and reception setup.
