Jerry and Hanna’s Cambridge Butterfly Conservatory wedding was one of those days where everything just felt magical from the moment I walked in. If you’ve ever dreamed of warm air, lush greenery, and butterflies floating around your ceremony, then Cambridge Butterfly Conservatory wedding photos are exactly what you need in your life.


We started the morning with getting ready photos in their suite, which was the perfect cosy space for all those candid moments. I love photographing the anticipation, the little details, and the laughter that fills the room before the day kicks into full gear. From there, we headed straight into their first look in the greenhouse. Honestly, this space is stunning for photos. The light, the plants, the pathways, the feeling of stepping into a tropical escape - it all works together to make Cambridge Butterfly Conservatory wedding photos look straight out of a fairytale.


After the first look, we jumped into couple portraits and family portraits before the ceremony. One of my favourite parts of a Cambridge Butterfly Conservatory wedding is how every corner of the greenhouse looks like it was built specifically for photography. No matter where you turn, there’s colour, texture, and movement. Jerry and Hanna made this part of the day so easy with how naturally they fell into each other.


Their ceremony was, as always in this venue, totally unique. Something about standing in the middle of a living, breathing space just elevates the emotion. You could feel the joy in the room (and yes, I absolutely caught a butterfly or two swooping into the background of the ceremony photos).


After the ceremony, we moved into the reception area outside the greenhouse. The vibe was super chill - a chance for everyone to unwind, enjoy dinner, and settle into the evening. No speeches, just a relaxed atmosphere leading into their first dance and cake cutting. Simple, sweet, and full of genuine moments.


The whole day was such a perfect reflection of why couples love Cambridge Butterfly Conservatory weddings so much - beautiful, effortless, and full of life.
