Rene & Tony's wedding day at Ciao Bella Hamilton was such a fun one to photograph from beginning to end. Every part of the venue offers something completely different, which made creating their Ciao Bella wedding photos an absolute blast.
The day started with getting ready, with Tony and the guys at his house while Rene got ready in the beautiful bridal suite that Ciao Bella Hamilton includes with their wedding package. The suite is bright, modern, and incredibly spacious, making it the perfect place to relax before the celebrations began. It also photographs beautifully thanks to all the natural light.
Their first look took place downstairs in the restaurant at Ciao Bella Hamilton, and I immediately fell in love with the space. The trendy, modern design, floor-to-ceiling windows, lush greenery, and warm brown leather seating created such a stylish backdrop for some emotional moments. If you're looking for unique indoor Ciao Bella wedding photos, this restaurant has no shortage of incredible spots.
Afterwards we headed outside around the venue for wedding party portraits and more photos of just the two of them. The red brick walls and patio area added great texture and character while keeping everything within walking distance.
Family photos were held upstairs before everyone gathered on the rooftop patio for the ceremony. The Penthouse at Ciao Bella Hamilton sits on the ninth floor above the restaurant and features floor-to-ceiling windows, an oversized terrace, and panoramic views of the Hamilton skyline and escarpment. Having everything in one location made the day flow so smoothly, and the views are hard to beat.
The reception space was filled with beautiful natural light before dinner, heartfelt speeches, and the first dances kicked off an amazing evening. Just before sunset we snuck back out onto the rooftop patio for golden hour, and it could not have been more perfect. Being so high above the city gave us the most incredible golden glow along with sweeping views across Hamilton, making some of my favourite Ciao Bella wedding photos of the entire day.
